Howard Shankman

Howard, having been called to the Bar in 1988, currently serves as Of Counsel to the firm. Throughout his career, he has maintained a litigation practice with a specific emphasis on commercial and construction-related issues. 

Howard has represented owners, contractors, and lenders in construction disputes and has appeared before the Superior Court of Justice, Divisional Court, and the Court of Appeal in numerous cases. Additionally, he has contributed to the legal community by serving as an instructor and tutor for Bar Admission candidates on behalf of the Law Society. 

Furthermore, Howard has delivered lectures on various construction-related subjects.
