Julia specializes in various aspects of condominium law, including condominium litigation, mediation and arbitration. Julia regularly acts a chairperson for annual general meetings and provides advice with respect to corporate governance, compliance matters and collection of unpaid common expenses.
Julia was called to the Ontario Bar in 2014 and obtained her Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from the esteemed Faculty of Law at the University of Western Ontario in 2013, where she served as a Managing Editor of the Journal of Legal Studies, a student-led law review.
Julia is a member of both the Association of Condominium Managers of Ontario (ACMO) and the Canadian Condominium Institute (CCI - Toronto). Julia presently serves on CCI's Communication Committee and reviews submissions prior to publication in CondoVoice Magazine. She also writes and speaks about condominium law in Ontario.
