Kasra, a Licensed Paralegal, holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Humanities, alongside a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from York University, and earned the distinction of graduating with honours from his paralegal program before being admitted to the Law Society of Ontario.
Kasra is a dedicated and meticulous advocate who focuses on obtaining cost-effective and efficient results for clients in a wide variety of Condominium Law matters, including, but not limited to, Small Claim Court and Landlord and Tenant Board litigation.
Prior to joining Horlick Condominium Law, Kasra successfully managed his own legal practice as a sole proprietor, gaining deep insight into personalized client management and independent firm operations. Throughout his legal career, Kasra has managed diverse legal matters, covering areas such as Evictions, Enforcement of Court Judgements, and complex administrative disputes, while being a strong supporter of alternative dispute resolutions to resolve high-conflict matters harmoniously.
Kasra honed his rigorous courtroom litigation and regulatory skills during a distinguished placement where he was formally sworn in to act as a Provincial Offences Act Part 1 Prosecutor for the City of Toronto. Kasra is also fluent in Farsi, enabling him to effectively engage and communicate with clients from diverse backgrounds.
